It is a graphite (dark gray) hybrid bike by Cannondale. I doubt it would still be on there, but there is a blue and grey sticker on the frame under the seat that says "Kingsbury Plaza 060"

My bike along with several others was stolen from the bike room in my Apartment building's garage. I was keeping the bike locked with a chain lock, but thieves broke into the room and must have cut through the lock and/or bike rack itself. The theft occurred sometime between 6/29 and 7/2
