48cm women’s Cannondale synapse, white with light blue accent. Stolen from secured garage between 6/27/20 and 7/5/20. U lock cut. Has seat replaced with black Brooks saddle and pedals replaced with SPD clips. Had my STP number 406 bib attached to handlebars. Dirty white handlebar grip tape. Good condition, no major scrapes.
