The thief (Thieves) entered apartment building supposedly acting as amazon delivery personal, entered bike room (door does not latch/lock unless you pull shut, many times you can push open), and cut my Albus steel chain lock. Pieces of the chain found on ground where bike was hanging on rack. Another resident’s bike was stolen as well.
