Description of incident
Bike was stolen from basement under the house and was accessed through an unlocked, outside door in a private backyard with a fence surrounding the perimeter.

Rear bicycle rack, black, installed directly over the back wheel with a black wire mesh basket installed directly on top of that. U-lock and cable and black helmet were all in basket at time of theft.
