This is a Marin Larkspur town bike that has no shocks. It has front and back black fenders, a cateye front light, topeak truck rack (black) and MSP trunk back (black), there was a rain cover (yellow) in the bag. Attached to the bike was a Burley Bee child trailer. Reward listed is for the combination of the two recovered. If the Burley is missing the reward is half.
