My daughter locked her bike to a bike rack on the sidewalk close to the entrance to the Multnomah County Public Library around 5:00pm Tuesday, May 17th 2016. She used a cable lock with 4-digit combination. When we came out of the library around 7:15pm the bike was gone. New looking bike in
