Just like in the picture, except mine should have a round red sticker that says "Belmont Wheelworks" somewhere on the frame. And I believe there is a piece attached to the handlebars where I once had a headlight mounted, but the headlight fell off, leaving only the attaching piece. FX Alpha White Aluminum
