BIKE THEIF IN ENCINITAS My brand new Magnum Metro was stolen outside of Jorges Mexicatessan on June 26 around 7:20 pm. PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT! My family had picked it up just 5 hours before it was stolen. Bought through San Diego Electric bike shop.
