Blue and silver Schwinn Jaguar cruiser 7 speed stolen 5/14/16 from SE 46th & Woodward in the Richmond area of Portland. Has no fenders. Has attached light on right handlebar, bell on left handlebar, odometer on center of right handlebar, water bottle holder on center support bar, and pump holder underneath seat. Did not have basket or streamers on it, as pictured in the last 2 photos. Stolen by a 5'7", 40ish, Hispanic male who walked up and cut the lock in front of my neighbor, while I stepped inside for a few minutes during a garage sale. He could have taken anything on the tables and walked off, but instead cut the lock, then walked around the garage sale, then went back to the bike and walked off with it.
