Bicycle was locked to a secure bike rack, inside a secured bike garage located at 3233 SE Division St. Looks as though several bikes (other tenants') were taken from this garage since there are a few locks that appear to be cut, remaining in the garage space. I do not know when the incident happened but I first notice my bike was stolen when I decided to ride it to work this morning at 8:00 am (3/31/16). It had been at least a week since I had used my bike last.
