Bike was Locked with a heavy duty U-Lock (visible in pictures) to a chain-link fence in the backyard of a residential house for several days. Between Midnight and 7am, a couple cuts were made to the chain link fence and bike was stolen. This was the second bike of the same model stolen in Chico in 4 years.
