Description of incident
9.50 am: Locked the bicycle with cable and steel lock to bike lock in public area behind Starbucks. Went to pick up coffee at front of Starbucks. 10.10 or 10.20 am: Returned to drink coffee and bike was gone. Cable cut on ground.
