stolen 2006 Specialized Hard Rock

had a u-lock holder attached to the frame below the seat whose screws were so rusted it'd be difficult to remove it.the seat had some black electric tape to stop up holes, but there was a big hole in the front of the seat with padding missing.the shifters have two buttons for use with the thumbs. The right one had scratches on it that obscured the numbers.
