stolen 2018 Rad Power Bikes RadWagon

This is an electric, geared cargo bike. There is a rear platform with a pillow taped on, and a cage around the platform. There are wooden kickboards on either side under the platform, aligned with the crank. Downsloping top tube with step-through frame. Front and rear lights. The bike as is weighs approx 100lbs. There was an orange Timbuktu pannier on the right side.
