Occured at Vons in San Pedro, Ca at the bike rack between 9:20 p.m. & 9:50 p.m. Part of spring loaded rear rack of rear frame was left on the ground, as screws were removed to slip bike frame off of U-lock. Lock was still on the rack on store premises.
