it was a track bike with built-in shields. Light blue frame, with front yellow shield, and kermit green back one. Had orange handlebar grips, with a red bitch pad. Also, had a monkey light on the front tire.

I locked my bike to the sign post of 45th SE Windsor CT for 32 minutes this afternoon from 2:58p-3:30p to do a training walk with a client dog. When I returned, one of the links was cutt and the lock was left at the scene.
