Someone kicked in the door to our detached garage and stole the unlocked bike. The suspect had the tenacity to return to the scene of the crime and poke around the garage again while we were on the phone with police. Tall, skinny, caucasian male. Dark (blue) hoodie/sweater. Toque on. Notable red backpack. Possibly longer hair.
