I had my bike chained to my friend's bike, and it was stolen some time between 10:30 p.m and 1 a.m. UPDATE: May 18th, saw someone on it, going down Bourbon. Shoulder length dirty blonde, curly hair. Trans. Big-boned. Probably late 50s. I’ve seen her in the Quarter other times.
