bike was attached to city bike rack on the sidewalk in front of mamnoon restaurnt with a cable lock - stolen around 10:30 am 4/11 - very unusual ancient FS mountain bike, heavy like a tank, no clip ons, front wheel axle has a black steel cable safety wire around. a pair of orange disc brake plastic standoffs are zip tied to handle bar. old cateye computer. bike has a decal indicating its french dealer source
