Blue and white Novara "Verita" with silver-colored rear rack. Small black plastic bracket under saddle to hold pouch. Folding lock (possibly removed) and black plastic bracket for it on down tube. Note: photo is not of this specific bike but an image from the internet of similar bike of same model and color; no panniers were on stolen bike and bike had fenders (mudguards).
