stolen 2007 Jamis Commuter 1.0

It has flat bars, which is not the usual bar of this model. Wide seat. 2 lights; front - red and back - orange, both have flashing option and both are out of battery. Below seat is a strap for a pomp. The chain is rusty and the front wheel is a little off center. There is also a bottle holder below the seat. There is dirt on the serial # so I never wrote it down.
