I was at Howard University (not a student there) taking the MCAT exam at their testing center. I locked my bike next to other bikes at a standard sidewalk bike rack around 730am and came back after my exam at 330pm to find the bike and lock gone. The other bikes there when I left mine were untouched. I called the University police but when they arrived, they said there was nothing they could do because I am not a student, despite there being a security camera right above the area, attached to the building my bike was in front of (Building #39 on campus).
