Description of incident
STOLEN BIKE. Just got jacked like 20 minutes ago around Cecil B Moore and Willington . Picture is not actual bike. Actual bikes paint is pretty chipped, has blue thermalite pedals, blue bar tape, and the saddle says avocet on the back I believe.
