Left for work at 8:30am and bike was locked (through front tire and frame) to rack. Got home at 7:30pm and bike was missing along with u-lock. Wheel had previously been stolen April 15th at 12:30 pm by a man in dark clothes with a large backpack riding a bike away fro the scene.
