Neighbor says he saw a Caucasian man jump our fence around 9:30 this morning and ride away with a women on another bike. The bike is seafoam green in color and is either a 2006 or 2007 make. It has locks on the seat and wheels that can only be removed with a key I possess. It also has a bell and a water bottle holder.
