My wife and I were on Granville Island in Vancouver BC at the Granville public market. We stopped and locked our bikes up to a public bike rack that was completely surrounded by businesses. We went in to a store for 15 min. and when we came out one of our bikes was missing. When I went over to the rack, I found the cable had been cut through.
