Bicycle was stolen from the deck outside the apartment complex. The bike lock was cut using cable cutters. There are plenty of unlocked bikes in the area that are second-hand Walmart-type bikes that were not taken. It leads me to believe whoever stole it did so with the intentions of selling it undervalue and quickly
