Blue Electra Cruiser. There is rusting on the chrome of the handlebars. The bolt attaching the rear fender to the left side of the rear tire is gone. It will make a rattling sound when pedaling. Frame is dirty.

Two Males, one wearing red hoodie broke the lock on my bike. Bike was locked on a carport. They rode off my street and into nearby neighborhood. There is rust on the chrome of the handle bars. It will also make a rattling noise due to a missing bolt attaching part of the rear fender to the left side of the rear tire.
