Bike was locked at 2 pm at the bike rack and discovered stolen at 7 pm. The footage from video surveillance around the building showed a man approach the bike at 5:50 pm, cut the lock with some power tool (sparks were visible), hop on the bike, and cycle away. He was only seen from the back in the footage.
