The bicycle was u-locked to a bike rack in a locked bicycle storage room in my residence building's private garage. I had not used the bicycle during the winter months and noticed on 3/19/20 that it was missing. Building staff checked the bike room security camera footage and found it had been missing since at for at least 30 days (the footage does not go farther back).
