stolen 1999 Cannondale H400

Bicycle was customized with "butterfly" handlebars, dynamo front hub & headlight, silver rear Blackburn rack with black saddlebag. Silver-colored plastic fenders, rear triangle kickstand. Aluminum frame, 21 speed Shimano drivetrain (not sure which model). On the seat tube, the bicycle had a Montgomery County, Maryland police registration sticker (was bought in that area) and a College Park, MD Bicycles store sticker.
