bike thief was caught on camera stealing my bike outside of backatown coffee shop located at 301 basin street. I immediately filed a police report. head of security showed my surveillance of bike thief creeping up, cutting off my lock and riding off with it. thief appears to be white male, 30s. was seen wearing a bright blue greenish backpack.
