Bike was locked to rack around 6:30 p.m. I returned to the rack around 7:30 p.m. and it was missing. The rack in question was on the corner of the shopping center, by a closed business that was once a Verts/Noon restaurant. Other restaurants in the same block are Torchy's, Xi'an, and Mod Pizza. The rack was also right across a small street from the University Federal Credit Union; there would have been a clear line of sight for any potential cameras.
