Brand new black 'Retrospect Venus Dutch Step Thru City' bicycle (3 speed) was stolen from outside the 400 Poydras Tower Bldg. Stolen between 8am and 1pm.
It has a tan seat and hand grips, with a chrome light on the front wheel.
It was locked to a bicycle rack with two locks! One lock was an U-shape Kryponite and the other was a metal cord lock (with a combo key).
