Distinguishing features
All stock with the exception of a Giant stem (would be a dead giveaway if the bike is recovered), white FSA handlebar/tape (changed from black), and Dura Ace clipless road bike pedals. Bike had an American flag sticker with KOHLI on the top tube, removable fender on the back, and front and rear removable lights. The middle of the seat post has a distinctive rub mark where the rear light has been attached/removed repeatedly.

Description of incident
Bike was within small office suite on the 3rd floor of protected building (key card entry), leaning unsecured against bike rack. Employees are seated 10 feet from bike rack, but view is obscured by wall. Thief opened the door to the office suite and rolled the bike out. Door was heard opening/closing, but assumed to be mail man/UPS.
