stolen 2018 Raleigh Carlton

On Dec 11th, 2019 at 7:54pm I locked my bicycle in front of the 7th and Fig shopping mall. I locked it on the bike rack closest to the shopping mall center but still on the sidewalk. The bike racks are located next to the taxi drop off. When I returned at 8:32pm, the bicycle was gone. I asked security named Alberto if he saw anything and he said he was busy and away from the bicycle rack area on Figueroa. He says they are not responsible for anything on the sidewalk which is not on private property. He said it is a frequent occurrence there.
