stolen 2016 Raleigh XL Redux 1

My bike was locked up on the wall of my apartment complex's bicycle room / fitness center. It opens directly to the street. There are signs of forced entry on the exterior door. Unless the apartment complex replaced it, there is no sign of damage to the wall fixture or cable that the bike was chained to. I checked for signs of metal dust that might indicate use of a circular saw, but saw no evidence of that. Bike was stolen along with the helmet, lock, and all attached accessories.
