A man came into our backyard, found my daughter's bike lock key which she had left in my bike bag, and unlocked her bike and took it from our backyard. We saw him, and chased him on foot, but couldn't catch him. He had long blond hair, wore camouflage pants and a dark coat/jacket. Her bike is navy blue, 2019 Fuji Crosstown. He headed up Holman Street towards Peninsula Park, possibly turning left on Commercial.
