Have been locking my bike around this intersection all year - always use 3 locks to secure every removable component, including a strong U lock. No evidence of locks remained near the bike rack. Had walked past about 20 mins prior and upon return bike was gone. I received video of the guy pacing around my bike I got from a bystander who thought he looked suspicious and familiar from a FB group. He told me he went inside to grab a drink and my bike was gone and saw the guy riding it down the street when he came out. Photo evidence from various FB groups show this man snagging other bikes in the area using an electric saw.
