Bike was locked to metal bike rack at school. Both bike and lock were gone and another crappy bike with a flat tire was left in its place Extra descriptors: right pedal is broken(chunk of metal is missing), speedometer housing on right side of handlebars, and wiring and magnet both positioned on right side of bike.
