Scooter was parked outside of Scott's Seafood 10/17/19. The U-lock was stuck (faulty or jammed) so we returned on 10/21 to cut the U-lock and retrieve our company scooter but the U-lock, cable, and scooter were missing. The building security did not report it to be taken away, nor do they have security footage outside.
