stolen 2008 Rodriguez UTB Veloce

I parked and locked the bike on the corner of 12th and E. Marion St on Capital Hill on Sunday 10/20/2019. The bike was locked to a permanent bike rack. The lock was sufficiently solid but I may have left the key in the lock as I was parking in a rush. The bike was parked and stolen during daylight hours between 2:30pm and 6pm. The bike is on the larger side, would fit a 6' footer. There was a rear bike rack, black fenders and FSA handlebars. The bike was all black with exception of two white banded "Rodriguez" logos, one on the down tube and one on the seat tube of the frame. Wheels were DT Swiss. The seat was WTB and there were two water bottle holders. The bike was in very good condition. The attached photo is a stock image from the bike shop--I do not have an exact photo. But it is very close.
