Building has secure garage which was insecure for 3 weeks over the holidays due to a mechanical problem with the main garage door. The bike was in a Bike Storage room in the garage; its door handle unlocks with the outside entry key used by all condo/apt residents. Some time after the holidays, and before about Jan 8, the door handle was jammed and the door could not be opened. The property manager was notified on Jan 15, and he pried open the storage room on Jan 20 or so, at which point the theft of multiple bikes was discovered.
