It is a front-loading cargo bike, technically a tricycle with two wheels up front and one at the rear. It as stolen with two child seats in the cargo area, and a rain cover over the seats. It had Monkeylectric LED design lights installed on the front wheels, and it was covered with lots of reflective stickers so it shines bright when you hit it with a light.

Stolen from apartment garage at 4:53 am. It was locked with a chain and padlock, plus a heavy duty folding lock. The chain was cut with a bolt cutters, and the lock was probably cut with an angle grinder.
