Distinguishing features
Dark blue (?) mountain bike, purchased used in Ashland Oregon (2011?) has a black back tray where saddle bags have hung. 21 speed, gears shift with thumb triggers (not rotation handle), 3 ranges, 7 gears. Minor duct tape residue on handlebars. Krypton chain 4-number lock wrapped around frame. The bike is supposed to back pedal smoothly but something is off with gears so it can only backpedal for a single rotation before chain falls off. Seat is easy adjustable
