stolen 2017 Giant Enchant

A man snuck into my apartment building (followed someone else into the building) and broke into the mechanical room, which is locked and only accessible via a key fob for a select number of people. I have access to this room as my dad owns the building. We have a security video of the man wearing a backpack entering the building, walking around inside the building and then stealing the bike from the mechanical room. While I had the bike locked up in the room, I unfortunately did not have it locked up probably with the cable going through the frame of the bike, so the man was simply able to take the seat off and pull off the lock. Regardless, he had a backpack with him and used a tool to break into the mechanical room, so he likely would have been able to break or cut the lock anyway.
