In front of the store Harbor freight tools, there is a bike rack where it got stolen from and there's a street in front with people car's passing by. It was a bit busy as a few car's passing by. When I came back to my bike I noticed that the lock cord had been snapped.The incident had taken time in the evening.The time frame must of been just 20 minutes to where the crime had been taken place.
