stolen Nishiki

Bike was stolen sometime between 10AM and 1PM on September 26th, 2019. Bike lock was clearly clipped. Only bike taken while other bike were still attached. Bike is a mint green color with a back wheel plate to slide my basket on. The bell on it is orange and black which looks like a finger print or tree rings. There was a reflective TriMet slap bracelet on the seat handle. I have locked my bike there plenty times before and didnt think it would have been a problem. Reported to campus security center
