Description of incident
I secured my Kona ute with krypton cable and combination lock through main tube, both tires and through a very solid thick iron or steel rack. When I went to get on my bike, it was gone as was the cable and combination lock. The two bright orange large Kona panniers were attached to the wooden back rack. The Kona Ute is a long wheel base cargo bicycle.
