stolen Raleigh Whirl Wind

It's a small blue girl frame, standard drop bars with a blue spongy textured padding, ten speed, blue tires with white walls, dark blue seat, black book rack on the back, it's a Railly Whirl Wind, pretty heavy... At least for me. Back brake doesn't work all too well. Virtually useless kickstand that occasionally will stick out a little too much, making a clicking noise as I pedal...
